  1. Book your consultation

    Choose a time that suits you. This is your first 1:1 session with a doctor to review your goals and confirm your treatment plan.

  2. Confirm your identity

    We’re required to verify your identity before a doctor can prescribe. It’s quick and secure — just have photo ID ready.

  3. Complete your medical questionnaire

    This helps your doctor understand your health history and confirm your treatment is safe for you. Around 5 minutes.
