When am I charged, and how often?+
You're billed monthly for the Everwell service fee (€99). Your medication and €8.49 delivery are charged separately by the pharmacy at your current dose. If a doctor finds you're not suitable for treatment, your plan is cancelled and you're charged a fixed €99.99 with the difference refunded within 5-7 working days.
Why does the medication price change?+
You typically start on a low dose and step up over the first months (titration). Higher doses cost more to supply, so your bill reflects your actual dose - never a flat premium. The €99 service fee stays the same throughout.
Others look a little cheaper - why?+
Cheaper services usually post you the medication and nothing else. Everwell includes doctor oversight and 1:1 coaching with your own human coach in every price - the part that actually keeps the weight off. You're paying for a complete programme, not just a pen.
Can I claim on insurance or the medical card?+
Coverage varies by policy. We'll provide itemised receipts you can submit to your insurer, and our team can advise on what's typically reimbursable in Ireland.
